Agile Overview: What is Agile and what are the most common approaches?

What are Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP) and test-driven development (TDD)? How are these ALL Agile? Is Agile a methodology? Why are there so many terms and what to they mean?!?!
Leslie Lowman (ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, PMI-ACP) will cover Agile’s most common approaches and differentiate Agile approaches at a high level.
