Beyond the Screen: Creating Meaningful Omnichannel Experiences

April 26 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

**Intended Audience**

* All audiences welcome!
* You’re interested in a career in technology or service design
* You’re in a technology-adjacent role, and want to be able to connect with design and technology peers

**The Discussion**
As technology continues to rapidly shape the Human Experience throughout our world, organizations need to think beyond traditional methods to engage their audiences through ever-evolving mediums and social interactions. How do organizations ensure these experiences are connected and meaningful to customers?

Whether you’re a designer, developer, or other role – you’re contributing to a customer experience. This discussion will provide an overview of what “customer experience” means for you, your organization, and the people you serve. We will review modern processes and tools used to understand customers and to create and support complex experiences across digital and traditional channels.

**About the Speaker**

He has a history of leading transformational efforts for Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries with a focus on omnichannel experiences. As an advocate of human-centered design practices, CJ is a design generalist who enjoys using data, empathy, and technology to create effortless and meaningful experiences.
