The Team Level Up workshop is a key workshop we give.
The purpose of THIS webinar is to explain the workshop in some detail. A dive into it for 1 hour.
The TLU workshop’s aim is to help you build a better team. Specifically:
(a) Level Set in the team with agile-scrum will be for us (we choose! but with recommendations and explanations)
(b) Level Up – we agree to get better & identify 10 specific do-able ways.
This webinar is about explaining, not actually doing the TLU workshop.
So, we will take 1 hour now to explain the whole thing, how we do it, and why.
And we will answer your questions.
