The Team Level Up workshop is a key and important workshop we give. It is 24 hours.
The purpose of THIS webinar is to explain the workshop in some detail. A dive into it.
The TLU workshop’s aim is to help you build a better team. Specifically:
(a) Level Set in the team with agile-scrum will be for us (we choose! but with recommendations and explanations)
(b) Level Up – we agree to get better & identify 10 specific do-able ways.
This webinar is about explaining, not actually doing that TLU workshop.
So, we will take 1 hour now (and 2 other hours later) to explain the whole thing, how we do it, and why.
And we will answer your questions.
This is for managers, for trainers, for coaches. And for future participants who want to make it happen for their Team.
